1. Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds are issued only when a client activates the 10% A/B Test Guarantee by signing a contract explicitly including this clause. The following conditions must be met to qualify for the guarantee:
a. A/B Test Requirements
• An A/B test must compare the delivered version of the landing page against the original (current) version.
• Both versions must use the same offer and identical details (e.g., pricing, product/service description, call-to-action).
b. No Changes During the Test
• No modifications are allowed on either version during the test unless approved by Conversion Based. Any unapproved changes will void the refund guarantee.
c. Pre-Agreed Conversion Event
• The conversion event (e.g., booked calls, sales, or emails collected) must be agreed upon in writing before the test begins.
d. Confidence Level
• The A/B test must be conducted with a 95% confidence level, ensuring statistically significant results.
e. 10% Conversion Rate Threshold
• The delivered version of the landing page must achieve a conversion rate at least 10% higher than the original version. If this threshold is not met under the agreed conditions, a full refund will be issued.
f. Timeline for Test Completion
• The A/B test must be completed within 30 days from the date the delivered landing page is implemented to ensure timely evaluation.
2. Conditions That Void the Refund Guarantee
The refund guarantee will be void under the following circumstances:
• The client fails to provide the necessary traffic or other resources to run the A/B test effectively.
• The offer, landing page, or other test variables are modified without prior approval.
• The test does not achieve a 95% confidence level or statistical significance.
• The client does not complete the A/B test within the agreed timeline.
3. Refund Process
If all conditions are met and the delivered version fails to achieve a 10% improvement, the client may request a refund by:
1. Sending a written refund request to reda@conversionbased.com within 14 days of the test’s conclusion.
2. Providing detailed test results, including metrics for both versions, to verify eligibility.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after verification of eligibility.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding this Refund Policy or services provided by Conversion Based must first be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, both parties agree to engage in mediation before pursuing formal legal action or initiating a chargeback.
By agreeing to this Refund Policy, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks for services covered under the signed agreement. All refunds must be processed through the procedures outlined in this policy.
5. No Refunds Outside of the Guarantee
Refunds are not issued for any other reasons, including but not limited to:
• Dissatisfaction with creative direction or design.
• Changes in business priorities or circumstances after project completion.
• Failure to implement or test the delivered landing page.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.
